John Haley

John Haley former Little Rock lawyer, former attorney for Jim Guy Tucker and Jim Guy Tucker's co-defendant.
On February 20, 1998, John Haley pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count tax fraud to the Internal Revenue Service. Jim Guy Tucker plead guilty to faking a bankruptcy to avoid paying taxes. On August 20, 1998, Mr. Haley was sentenced to three years of probation and eight hours a week of community service. He was fined $30,000 and ordered to pay back $40,000 to the IRS. He came into fornt page National news as a result of the Whitewater investigations.
