John H. Kerr, III

John H. Kerr III is a Democratic member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's seventh Senate district, including constituents in Greene, Lenoir and Wayne counties. An attorney from Goldsboro, North Carolina, Kerr is currently (2007-2008) serving in his eighth term in the state Senate. Previously, he served three terms in the state House.
