John G. Diefenbaker Elementary School in Richmond, British Columbia is an elementary school named after John Diefenbaker, the Prime Minister of Canada from 1957 to 1963. The school opened in 1981.
It is located at 4511 Hermitage Drive. The school sports teams are all called the Diefenbaker Bulldogs (formerly Diefenbaker Dolphins). As of 2007, the current school principal is Steve Campbell, and the vice-principal is Tanya Major.
The school introduced SPARK over five years ago, a program which rewarded students with a raffle ticket whenever they displayed good behavior. At the end of each lunch hour break, the raffle tickets are drawn to see if somebody won.
