Air Marshal Sir John Frederick Andrews Higgins KCB KBE DSO AFC RAF (1 September 18751 June 1948) was a senior officer in the Royal Flying Corps and a senior commander in the Royal Air Force in the first half of the 20th century.

In 1939, Higgins was appointed AOC in C of the Air Forces in India.
