John Fitzgerald (born February 10, 1984 Cabinteely, Dublin) is an Irish football player who currently plays for Galway United F.C.. He is 6’2”(1.88m) in height.
Fitzgerald started his career with Park Celtic. He later moved to St.Josephs Boys and then Blackburn Rovers. He represented Republic of Ireland Under-20 team at the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship. He joined Galway United F.C. from Bury F.C.[1].
Fitzgerald has captained Galway United on several occasions.
