Right Honourable John Fielder Mackarness was born December 03, 1820 at Islington, London, Middlesex, England and he died on September 16, 1889 at Angus House, Eastbourne, Sussex, England. He married Alethea Buchanan Coleridge on August 07, 1849 at Ottery Saint Mary, Devon, England. Alethea was born in 1826 at London, Middlesex, England and died March 30, 1909. Together they had eight children. John Fielder's parents were John Mackarness and Catherine Poynter Coxhead. John's appointments were, Vicar of Tardebigge, 1845 - 1855, Rector of Honiton, 1855 - 1870 and Bishop of Oxford Bet. 1870 - 1888.
Alethea Buchanan Coleridge's parents were the Right Honourable Sir John Taylor Coleridge born July 09, 1790 and died February 11, 1876 and Mary Buchanan.
