John F. Kobs Field

John H. Kobs Field is a baseball stadium in East Lansing, Michigan. It is the home field of the Michigan State University Spartans college baseball team. The stadium holds 4,000 people and opened for baseball in 1925. It is named after former MSU baseball coach, John Kobs. Prior to the baseball team using the stadium, the football team used it from 1902 to 1923 before Spartan Stadium was opened.

High school and amateur baseball games also take place at Kobs Field. It was the largest baseball stadium in the Lansing area until the completion of Oldsmobile Park.
