John Crawley (born March 5, 1972 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia) is a football (soccer) player. He is currently a goalkeeper coach for the Australian A-League club the Central Coast Mariners.
Having played early in his career for Chilean team Colo Colo, he played one season with National Soccer League (NSL) team Sydney United. Before the A-League began, he played for Blacktown City Demons for a number of years. Crawley made 13 appearances for the Mariners in season one of the A-League before he unfortunately suffered a career ending hip injury. However, Crawley’s influence on the Central Coast’s fortunes still remained prominent, with protégé Danny Vukovic performing well under Crawley’s guidance since his retirement.
