John Aloysius Chamberlain (born 29 August 1884 in Glanville, South Australia; died 1 April 1941 in South Australia) was an Australian cricketer.[1] He played one first-class match for Western Australia against New South Wales in March 1907.[2]

He later played for the Straits Settlements cricket team, playing four matches against the Federated Malay States between 1910 and 1913.[3] He came from a cricketing family, with two other brothers also playing first-class cricket. Elder brother Cornelius played three times for South Australia,[4] whilst younger brother Leonard had the longest career, playing 19 times for South Australia.[5]
