John C. Pomeroy (born March 24, 1957) is a leading psychiatrist in New York State. He specializies in the field of autism. He has been voted the Best Doctor's of New York in 2001, 2002, and 2005 by New York Magazine.

In 2001, he founded The Cody Center, where his practice is located, in Stony Brook Children's Service at The Cody Center, where he treats thousands of patients with autism and related developmental disabilities. He is one of the foremost experts on the field of the autism spectrum.
