John Bryn Edwards

Sir John Bryn Edwards, 1st Baronet (1889–22 August 1922) was a Welsh ironmaster and philanthropist.
Edwards was educated at Winchester College and Trinity Hall, Cambridge. He owned the Duffryn Steel and Tinplate Works. He was created a Baronet for his philanthropic works in the 1921 Birthday Honours[1] at the unusually young age of 32, but died the following year. Edwards's seat was Hendrefoilan House, Sketty, near Swansea.
