John Boudreau

John W. Boudreau, Ph.D., is Professor and Research Director at the Center for Effective Organizations of the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, USA.

He was formerly the director of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies at Cornell University. Boudreau has authored over 50 research articles and books. He is a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources.
