John Bennett (author)

John Bennet (May 14, 1865 - December 28, 1956) wrote and illustrated children's books. He was born in Chillicothe, Ohio. He wrote The Pigtail of Ah Lee Ben Loo with Seventeen other Laughable Tales and 200 Comical Silhouettes, which won the Newbery Honor in 1929.
