John Barnet was a Bishop of Worcester then Bishop of Bath and Wells then finally Bishop of Ely.
He was selected Bishop of Worcester about December 16, 1361, and consecrated on March 20, 1362. He was translated to the see of Bath about November 28, 1363.[1]
He was selected as Lord High Treasurer in February of 1363 and held the office until June of 1369.[2]
He was translated to the see of Ely on December 15, 1366.[3] He died as Bishop of Ely on June 8, 1373.[4]
