John Aprea (born March 4, 1941) is an American actor, known for his role as "Young Sal Tessio" in The Godfather: Part II (1974) and on television as "Lucas Castigliano" on the soap opera Another World, from 1989 to 1992. As of 2006, he is currently filming a new soap opera in Southern California called, "The Heiress", which can be found on The Internet Movie Data Base. He also played the father of John Stamos's character, Jesse Katsopolis, on Full House.
Aprea was born and grew up in Englewood, New Jersey.[1] He is the father of one daughter, Nicole Alexandra Aprea (born 1988).
