Johan Støa (June 13, 19001991) was a Norwegian multi-sportsman. He competed as athlete, cross country skier, ski jumper, cyclist, swimmer, footballer, and boxer.

He participated as cross country skier in the 1928 Winter Olympics as well as marathon runner in the 1928 Summer Olympics.

In 1928 he finished eighth in the 50 kilometre cross-country skiing event at the St. Moritz Olympics. A couple of months later he finished 36th in the Olympic marathon at the Amsterdam Games.
