[edit] Summary

Picture of a harmonica gun in the John Browning home and gun shop museum in Nauvoo, IL. This particular rifle has a three-shot slide. The large holes on the far left edge of the slide are for percussion caps. The smaller holes are for positioning the slide properly so that the ball can enter the breech when the rifle is fired.
