The copyright holder released the image in response to a comment on his blog here. The statement was a little ambiguous at first (Well, in that regard, either you or Karen is more than welcome to post the picture of me that's on this site "bio" page; I'll open it up to public use.), so, if you read a few comments down in the thread, I (User:Videmus Omnia) asked for confirmation that the photo was being released into the public domain, which he provided.
