[edit] Summary

Unknown author. Source - http://www.strangerinblood.co.uk/ - whose owner Pamela Cullen assures me it is public domain. If however it is copyrighted, then I believe it comes under fair use since it is of a famous man accused of murder. It is therefore of historical importance and its use here illustrates the article without infringing the rights of the owner, if they should exist. Malick78 09:10, 14 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Licensing

Comment--I do not see how the use of both this illustration and the one of him leaving the trial can be fair use. There's a possible reason whey either one might be, if used alone..DGG 19:30, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
