[edit] Don't template established users!

I don't know why on earth you feel it is necessary to template established users, as you did on User talk:Masterpiece2000, but if you are not new yourself, you should be aware that it is considered really bad form. Dropping a few lines of your own on the talk page will accomplish more and not risk alienating people who are good faith contributers and might have made an honest error. I have removed this particular warning, and suggest you think twice before doing that to other established users. We are not in any hurry here, so can afford a minute or so to see who you're warning.
