[edit] Joe Blackwell article
I have placed a tag on the article Joe Blackwell, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. I did this because the article seems to be a biographical account about a person, group of people, or band, but it does not indicate how or why he/she/they is/are notable. If you can indicate why Joe Blackwell is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:Joe Blackwell. Any admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. You might also want to read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. You might also want to read our general biography criteria. Please do not just remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.
Also, I am guessing this article is about you, autobiographical content is generally discouraged on Wikipedia, since most people find it very hard to write objectively and neutrally about themselves. See Wikipedia:Autobiography for the full guidelines on autobiography in Wikipedia. Thanks, AJR | Talk 17:24, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
