[edit] Sources for U-260

Hello, good work on U-260, and thanks for the contribution. However, you did not provide any references or sources in the article. Keeping Wikipedia accurate and verifiable is very important, and as you might be aware there is currently a push to encourage editors to cite the sources they used when adding content. Can you list in the article any websites, books, or other sources that will allow people to verify the content in U-260? You can simply add links, or see WP:CITET for different citation methods. Thanks!  BRIAN0918  13:57, 7 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Ben Chorr - great pic

It would be great if you could add where you took it. If my map reading is right, is was from accross lower Lough Inagh at about L850520? --Red King 19:30, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

Actually I forgot my map when I drove up from Cork, but looking at it now you appear to be right on the money! Thanks. Joebater 10:58, 25 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Quin Abbey Sign.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:Quin Abbey Sign.JPG. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Hetar 23:08, 3 May 2006 (UTC)

Yeah - I just forgot to mark it as self made. Since it's not being linked anywhere I'll not put it back Joebater 14:53, 15 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Ballybeg Abbey Sign.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:Ballybeg Abbey Sign.JPG. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 19:34, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
