History
Born in Boston, Lincolnshire, Joe's early life was a mostly average time for the future Service With A Smile nominee. A troublemaker at school, Joe was told off many times by headteachers and teachers at Chestnut Street primary, North Kyme primary, Carres Grammar and Boston College. Incidents included pushing kids into dirty puddles, pulling other kids trousers down (worryingly),to doing seriously bad things at Grammar School and college like getting high off deodorant fumes, downloading a vast amount of pornography, defacing school and college equipment and just generally being a "rebel with contact lenses". Behaviour has generally improved now that Joseph is in the employment world, although every now and again, he is known to make the odd mistake.

Trivia
1. Joe lost his virginity down Boston Road in Sleaford to a girl named Chryssie Hardstaff in his friend Tom Smith's summer house.
2. Joe has been heart-broken countless times. Most notably he has been "turned down by Amy Axtell, Hailey, Shell, Gizzy and many others i cannot remember at this time". He is known to have thought of Amy Axtell as a soul mate, although those rumours have been denied by Joe himself.
3. For eight or so years Joe worked on the markets with his father Neil (and occassionally sister Amy and mother Jackie). Joe has been heard saying he "took those days for granted" and "would give anything to have them back".
4.Joe has claimed that he owns an eight inch penis. Although we have heard from many women that this is true, Joe has yet to prove publicly that this fact is true.
5. Ginger Pig is a nickname Joe gave to one of his guinea pigs beacuse he believed the original name (Teddy) "sucked".
6. Joe has a mini fridge named Franny.
7. His favourite wrestler is Montel Vontavious Porter, favourite driver Rubens Barrichello and favourite football team is West Ham United.
8. Joe's best friend is Dean Podesta and other friends include Andy, Shell (although he has said he would like to get to know her better, Luisa, Tom, Antony, Phill, Duane, Paul, Corel and others. When asked if anyone in the world could be his girlfriend, he said either Amy Axtell or Hailey.
9. Joe has yet to appear on television, but does have plans to apply for Big Brother 2008.
