Joey Carter (born February 22, 1993 -) lives in Ottawa, Ontario. He is the author of many short stories that have unfortunatly never been published.

Carter atended St. Daniel Catholic School from Kindergarden to Grade 6. He now attends Notre Dame High School (Ottawa) and is in Grade 8.
