[edit] Moved rewritten version to Joe Sun/Temp until copyvio is processed

Bamacher replaced the copyvio notice with a rewritten version of the page. To follow the process we use for copyright violations, I put the new text at Joe Sun/Temp. After doing this I realized it was a "copy-paste" move, but I thought it was better to keep the history with the main article.
