[edit] Merger proposal

This article needs to be merged into the Abu Ghraib abuse scandal article. It does not stand on its own (bio of otherwise non-notable person). Not to mention it's been a stub since 2004. Discuss Bsharkey (talk) 21:33, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
