Talk:Joe Kido

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Joe Kido is within the scope of WikiProject Digimon, which aims to organize, expand, clean up, and guide Digimon related articles on Wikipedia.

Notice Attention: Another massive article task is on the horizon, and we will be moving many Digimon lists and articles off of Wikipedia and onto a new wiki. See WT:DIGI#Transwiki for the discussion.

[edit] crest name translation

I think the discussion over the proper traslation of Joe's crest is pertinent. It's been widely discussed before and I don,t see how it is POV. Circeus 13:07, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

The discussion itself isn't, but the way it was worded seemed to be POV. I'll put it back up with some re-wording. -- Ned Scott 21:24, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Unecessary and irrelevent comment.

While purusing the article, I noticed someone had added the line "Stefen is a loser." to the section pertaining to Joe's actions "Between Digimon Adventure and Digimon 02." I then removed it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 137.216.146.175 (talk) 20:40, 30 April 2007 (UTC).

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Joe2.jpg

Image:Joe2.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 06:55, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Jo or Jyou?

I saw somewhere that his name is Jyou in Japan, not Jo. I changed it, but it has been changed back to Jo.
