Talk:Joe Bonamassa
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The numberof of adjectives largely exceeds what is common for objective writing. They are mostly evaluative and not descriptive. Comparisons and refrences are made to sound laudatory. The article reads like advertising, not like an encyclopedia entry. It also needs updating and clean up.
Examples: raw, gritty voice (double adjective);rare duo with rock legend Ted Nugent (redundancy);enlisted the talents of multiple studio musicians, such as Jason Bonham, son of the legendary John Bonham (bombast); most recent studio effort is the 2006 release entitled "You & Me" (out of date & cliche). The verb 'use' is used 4 times in 4 successive lines.al 09:10, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
- All right, I did a major overhaul. Cleaned up a ton of grammar, removed a lot of the fansite stuff, and tried to make it more objective. Updated the information to this year's stuff, and added a picture of last night's concert. Scortiaus 17:57, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
