Joey Meng Yee Man (born October 2, 1970) is a Chinese actress. She was born in Hong Kong. She was the first runner-up of the Miss Asian Pagent in 1989.

She is most known for her role in My Date with a Vampire (MDWAV). In the series, she plays the role of Ma Xiao-Ling, the descendant of the vampire slaying and ghost catching Ma Clan. Her character's destiny is to destroy vampires (the King Of Vampires, Cheung Sun in particular) but ultimately falls in love with a vampire named Kuang Tien-You.(Fok Sung said, "It’s worse than Romeo and Juliet. And there’s a mortal Zhen Zhen! Don’t you think it’s the worst tragedy of the millennium?" She is well-known for her mini-skirt and high-heeled attire in the series.)

She was twenty-five when she first took on the role in part one of MDWAV. She was thirty-one when she acted in the third installment of the series.

She has been happily married to the scriptwriter of the MDWAV since 2000. She once said in an interview that they do not intend to have children. The two only got together after the filming of MDWAV2, they bonded at the celebrating party of MDWAV2 where they got to know each other.

- She is 171 cm tall. Eric Wan Tin Chiu (her co-star on MDWAV) is 172 cm tall. She always looks taller than him because she wears high heels.

- Her favorite food was once chicken, however she has turned vegetarian in the recent years.

- As proven in MDWAV, she cannot sing. She also commented in the millionare show hosted by Kenneth Chan that she sings badly and seldom sings.

- In a recent poll, she was voted as one of the "top five stars with the best bodies at the millennium”.

- Her hobbies include music, sleeping, watching movies, canoeing, and traveling.
