Joey Manley

Joey Manley is best known as the founder and publisher of the webcomics site Modern Tales,[1] as well as numerous other web-specific entertainment properties. These properties include the subscription webcomics sites Serializer, Girlamatic, and Graphic Smash, and the webcomics hosting service Webcomics Nation. His first notable website was the Webby-winning freespeech.org, which he helped start in 1995. He is also the author of one novel, The Death of Donna-May Dean, published by St. Martin's Press in 1991.
