Joey Gibson (born 11 August 1945 in Santa Monica, California) is an American model who was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its June 1967 issue. Her centerfold (shot on a beach while building a sandcastle in the nude) was photographed by Peter Gowland.

At the time of her photo session with Playboy, Joey was studying psychology and business at Santa Monica City College and going to night school at UCLA, where she studied criminology.

She formerly worked as a hypnotist's assistant. Her gatefold pictures illustrated the many brainy forms of relaxation she employed at home. These included working on a clay, wire and plastic sculpture and attending the Picasso exhibition at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

In the aftermath of Gibson's centerfold appearance it was revealed that she had been convicted on prostitution charges in Santa Monica, California. Esquire magazine presented her with one of its Dubious Distinction Achievement Awards. The accompanying caption read for Joey Gibson 1967 was a year of both promise and travail. The upside of the year for her included her selection from a field of over 200 aspirants to play a role in a big-budget MGM film.

Today Joey is a frequent guest at the GlamourCon conventions held in Los Angeles.
