Joe Starrs

Joe Starrs is a British child actor, best known for his part of Peter Ingham in the first series of the TV adaptation of the children's novel The Story of Tracy Beaker by Jacqueline Wilson.
He has also played the part of Josh in the TV adaptation of Zadie Smith's White Teeth alongside Russell Brand, and appeared in the television series Feather Boy in 2004.
