Joseph Wayne Pittman (born January 1, 1954 in Houston, Texas) is a retired Major League Baseball infielder. He played during three seasons at the major league level for the Houston Astros, San Diego Padres, and San Francisco Giants. He was drafted by the Astros in the 5th round of the 1975 amateur draft. Pittman played his first professional season with their Double-A Columbus Astros in 1975, and his last with the Detroit Tigers' Triple-A Nashville Sounds in 1985.
