Joseph Philbin (born July 2, 1961, in Springfield, Massachusetts) is an American football coach. He the current offensive coordinator for the Green Bay Packers. Philbin went to college at Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, PA where he obtained a B.A. in sociology as a member of the Class of 1984 and was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He then pursued a master's of education in administration and supervision from Tulane in 1986.
