Joe Pasternack is the head men's basketball coach at the University of New Orleans. He took over in July 2007 after Buzz Williams resigned citing no support from the UNO Administration to accept an assistant coaching position with the Marquette Golden Eagles. Pasternack was an assistant coach at Cal. He graduated from Indiana University. He attended Metairie Park Country Day School for high school were he played 4 years of high school basketball.
