Joe Munson

Joseph Martin Napoleon Munson (November 6, 1899 - February 24, 1991) was a reserve outfielder in Major League Baseball who played from 1925 through 1926 for the Chicago Cubs. Listed at 5' 9", 184 lb., Munson batted left-handed and threw right-handed. A native of Renovo, Pennsylvania, he attended Lehigh University.

In a two-season career, Munson was a .287 hitter (39-for-136) with three home runs and 18 RBI in 42 games, including 22 runs, five doubles, three triples, one stolen base, and a .349 on-base percentage.

Munson died at the age of 90 in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania.
