Joe Motzko (born March 14, 1980 in Bemidji, Minnesota) is an American ice hockey forward with the Atlanta Thrashers of the National Hockey League.
Prior to joining the Capitals, Motzko played for the Anaheim Ducks. He appeared in his first NHL game on February 2, 2004 against the Phoenix Coyotes. On January 26, 2007, he was dealt to the Ducks along with Mark Hartigan for Curtis Glencross and Zenon Konopka.
He helped the Anaheim Ducks win the 2007 Stanley Cup. He was signed by the Washington Capitals on July 10, 2007.
