Joseph Douglas Moeller (born February 15, 1943 in Blue Island, Illinois, USA) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. He pitched for the Los Angeles Dodgers from 1962-1971. He is the youngest starting pitcher in Los Angeles Dodgers history at 19 years, 2 months of age. Moeller pitched 2 innings in the 1966 World Series against the Baltimore Orioles.

He is currently a scout in the Florida Marlins organization. He was the Advance Scout during their 2003 World Series championship season.
