Joe McIntosh

Joseph Anthony McIntosh (born August 4, 1951 in Billings, Montana) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher.
Drafted by the San Diego Padres in 1973, McIntosh was called up the following year. He went 0–4 in 10 games, including five starts, and had a 3.62 earned run average (ERA). In 1975, he started 28 games for the Padres, and made nine relief appearances as well. McIntosh was 8–15 with a 3.69 ERA during the 1975 season, and pitched four complete games, including his only major league shutout. Following the season, McIntosh was traded to the Houston Astros as part of a three-player deal, and never pitched in the big leagues again.
