Joe Dickson is a Canadian politician. He was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in the 2007 provincial election, representing the riding of Ajax—Pickering. He is a member of the Liberal Party.

A resident of Ajax, Dickson is the owner of a printing business and was a member of the Ajax Town Council, representing Ward 2. He had previously served as a Durham Catholic District School Board trustee and as the deputy mayor of Ajax. In 2002, Dickson won a Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal for his financial support of 22 Ajax-area sports teams.

He previously ran for the Liberal Party in the 1995 election in the riding of Durham West, however, he lost to Janet Ecker. Dickson was elected on a platform of further expansion of Rouge Valley Health System and the extension of Highway 407.
