Joe Delaney, (born August 4, 1972, Dublin, Ireland) is an Irish professional snooker player. Delaney reached the final stages of the 2003 UK Championship and the last 64 of the 2006 World Snooker Championship. In 2007 he made the final stages of the UK Championship where he lost in the first round to Joe Swail. He also qualified for 2007 World Snooker Championship (his first ever last-32 run in a ranking event), where he lost to Matthew Stevens 10-2, though in winning the second of his two frames he recovered from a large deficit.
Snooker is his main priority, but he has another profession - he runs a furniture business with his father and brother, which make seating for nightclubs and cinemas.
