Buffalo Bills |Stats=y Joseph Peter Danelo (born September 2, 1953 in Spokane, Washington) is a former American football placekicker who played in the NFL for the Green Bay Packers, the New York Giants, and the Buffalo Bills between 1975 and 1984.

Danelo kicked a then New York Giants record 55-yard field goal on September 20, 1981, and tied the then NFL record of 6 field goals (with no misses) in a game on October 18, 1981.

Danelo played college football at Washington State University.

He is the father of former USC Trojans placekicker Mario Danelo.
