Joe Daly is a comic book artist from South Africa. Originally born in London, United Kingdom, Daly studied animation for two years at Cape Town's City Varsity. His first American worked was entitled "Scrublands", and was described as "introverted dreamlike stream-of-consciousness" and "over-the-top postmodern vaudevillian".
