Joseph R. Bisenius (born September 18, 1982 in Sioux City, Iowa) is an American baseball pitcher in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.
Bisenius attended Oklahoma City University. He was drafted by the Phillies in the 2004 draft in the 12th-round.
Bisenius made the Phillies 2007 Opening Day roster, and made his Major League debut in a relief appearance on April 5, 2007.
