Joe Arndt

American Organist Joe Arndt has received numerous honors, including First Place awards at the West Chester University and Joan Lippincott Organ Competitions. He received a Bachelor of Music degree in Organ from Westminster Choir College where he studied organ with Ken Cowan [[1]]and Diane Meredith Belcher. He is currently a Master of Music degree candidate at the Juilliard School[2] where he is an Irene Diamond Graduate Fellowship recipient studying with Paul Jacobs [[3]].

Mr. Arndt maintains an active performance schedule with recent and upcoming appearances in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington, D. C., Virginia, South Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Nevada, and England. His solo recitals, which are mostly played from memory, exemplify his diverse repertoire. He has particular affinities for new music, neglected 20th century works, and the French and German baroque.


A dedicated church musician, he took his first post at the age of 12 at St. Peter's at-the-Light Episcopal Church in Barnegat Light, NJ. He has been recently appointed Director of Music at Grace Church in Newark, NJ.
