This is a photograph of Joel Brand, a member of the Jewish-Hungarian Rescue and Relief Committee, who died in 1964. The photograph is almost certainly public domain, but because the copyright holder is unknown, I'm claiming fair use, because it has no commercial value, it is of important historical interest, is being used to illustrate the subject for educational purposes, and there is no other way to obtain it.
