It is contained in a Media Guide published by the University of Colorado
The photo is used to illustrate the subject of the article where it appears Joe Romig.
Copies of this image do not interfere with the legal or commercial rights of the copyright holder
The image doesn't refer to the University or have any present day value other than informational purposes
The subject no longer leads a public life and therefore replacement is not possible
Further, replacement by creating an image of the man today would not produce the same effect as this image
