Here's that listserve address - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/budget_reform/. You will see that the message archives can be viewed by anyone, although only members can post. I do most but not all of the posting. Most of the posts are news stories collected by topic area and accompanied by some brief commentary.

I believe this is a unique resource; I've tried to be comprehensive and ideologically even-handed. I am hoping that all you wikipediacs agree that the listserve site is relevant, informative and neutral. In any case, enjoy - and don't hesitate to contact me for more information.
