The Joburg Open is a men's professional golf tournament which was played for the first time from January 11 to January 14, 2007, at the Royal Johannesburg and Kensington Golf Club in Johannesburg, South Africa. The prize fund is €1,116,585 and it is co-sanctioned by the South Africa based Sunshine Tour and the European Tour. In 2007 and 2008 it was one of three tournaments in South Africa on the European Tour's International Schedule alongside the Alfred Dunhill Championship and the South African Airways Open.
