Consider changing article name to "Joan Wallach Scott"

I've begun a cleanup of this article--most importantly putting the article "Gender: A Useful Category of Historical Analysis" in the first paragraph where it belongs--but it still reads like a laudatory introduction you'd give to someone about to give a lecture.
